Checklist - If you are buying or refinancing a home
If you are salaried: provide two years W-2 and one month of pay stubs OR if you are self¬-employed: provide two years tax returns and a YTD profit and loss statement.
If you own rental property, please provide rental agreements and two years tax returns.
Provide your last 2 months bank statements for each bank, stock, and mutual fund account. The statements must have all of the pages even if they are blank. We can not use an online printout unless it includes your name and account number.
Provide your last 2 statements of any stock brokerage, IRA, 401K or any other investment accounts that you may have.
If you are requesting a cash-out refinance please provide a letter explaining what you plan to do with the proceeds.
If there is a gap of employment within the last 2 years of employment, please provide a letter of explanation.
Please provide your homeowner’s insurance company name, agent, and phone number.
Provide a copy of divorce decree or bankruptcy papers if applicable.
Please include a legible copy of your identification card. Acceptable forms of ID are driver’s license, social security card, passport, government issued ID card, or a military ID.
If you are NOT a US citizen, provide us with a copy of your green card (front & back), or if you are NOT a permanent resident provide us with your H-1 or L-1 visa.
