Loan Status Preview
The
loan status feature provides the loan amount, interest rate, and the
property address of the property you are financing so that you understand
the basic mechanics of your loan. There is a comment section so that
any questions pertaining to the loan process can be addressed while
you are online. The loan history is updated throughout the process so
that you can monitor the progress and know whether or not we have received
important documents like your appraisal or title report.
Emails are sent out every time there is a change to your loan’s status or a new comment is added. If the loan is a purchase, then the buyer’s agent and seller’s agent also get an email to login and view the new updates. Important documents are uploaded for viewing and printing so that you can access these documents from anywhere.
We know that you are busy so we have included all of the contact information for the title company for your closing. We have also included directions to the title company via our website to make it easier to navigate directly to their office.
